Smile Now Savings Plan is NOT INSURANCE, but rather a discount dental plan offered exclusively through our dental office. Members receive transparent, member-only discounts off the normal retail fees typically charged to self-pay patients. Plan details and member savings are exclusive to this practice. Procedures outside of our office are not covered by this membership plan. Members must arrange payment at the time of service, but will receive discounts on all dental procedures rendered. Payments must be up to date to receive the services and discounts included in the membership plan. The membership plan is for 12 consecutive months and is on automatic renewal unless cancelled 2 weeks prior to the renewal date.
The membership plan cannot be combined with insurance or any other discounts. The plan is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Health Act. The plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under MGLC.111M and 956 CMR 5.00. Members can receive a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that no services have been used.
Members have the right to refuse treatment.
